🧵 Processing Time – Drawing

The processing time for creating your Portrait (the drawing process) is typically within 1–4 business days. The total delivery time from order to arrival can be up to 8 business days.

For orders including Framed Poster/Canvas products, an additional 3–7 business days are required to print your custom artwork. We will send the portrait to the email address used in your order. Once you approve the artwork, the printing process will begin. The total delivery time from order to arrival for Portrait & Printed products can be up to 12 business days.

We always strive to meet our customers’ expectations and deliver products of the highest quality. In the event of any delays, we will contact you via email. Your order will be produced and shipped from Europe/US depending on where you live.

📦 Shipping

Once your Portrait has been printed, it is carefully and securely packaged before being shipped. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location and shipping conditions. We use Postnord Varubrev First Class, DHL, UPS, USPS & FEDEX which is trackable. The total delivery time from order to final delivery can be up to 12 business days.


🚫 Damaged Items

If any items are damaged during shipping and arrive in poor condition, please contact us immediately at support@makeyourcartoon.com or via our contact form.


🔍 Tracking

We ship your package using Postnord, DHL, UPS, USPS & FEDEX. You can track your delivery and stay updated through tracking websites. You will receive an SMS or email when your package has been packed and shipped. The tracking link will allow you to follow the shipment directly.


📭 Lost Package?

If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Email us at support@makeyourcartoon.com or through our contact form. If your product shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please get in touch immediately – we’ll assist you in every way we can.


🌍 International Customers

International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes/VAT to their respective authorities when the product arrives in their destination country.

For international orders, please allow some extra time as shipments are often held in customs. This delay is out of our and the shipping company’s control, and depends entirely on the regulations of each specific country.
