❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

At MakeyourcartoonMe, each order is hand-drawn and custom-made with care by our artists. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once 24 hours have passed since the order was placed.


💸 I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ARTWORK — CAN I GET A REFUND?

Due to the custom and digital nature of our artwork, orders are non-refundable after 12 hours from the time of purchase.

However, our goal is to make sure you love your artwork!
If you're not satisfied with the result, we offer free revisions to make adjustments until you're happy with the final design.


📦 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT DO I DO?

If your physical item (canvas, printed product, etc.) arrives damaged or broken, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

We’ll send out a replacement product with priority processing at no extra cost.
All we ask is that you send us a photo of the damaged item, so we can document it with our production partner.


🔁 HOW DO I REQUEST A REVISION OR REPLACEMENT?

Whether it’s an edit to your illustration or a replacement for a damaged product, we’re here to help.


⚠️ WHAT IF THERE’S A MANUFACTURING FAULT?

In the rare case that your product arrives with a defect or production issue, please contact us right away at support@makeyourcartoon.com We’ll personally assist you and make things right as quickly as possible.
