🔄 Changes & Revisions Policy

Will I be charged for changes to my order?

We always want you to be happy with your artwork! Here’s how it works:

Small changes are always free — no extra charge. This includes things like minor tweaks to facial features, skin tone, hairstyles, poses, clothing or small body adjustments.

If you request larger changes, such as outfit changes, switching to a different art style (e.g., anime), or completely changing the pose/s — a small additional fee may apply depending on the request.

Please note: It's important to include all specific details you want in your order at the time of purchase (in the order notes). If something was not mentioned and you request it later, it may result in extra charges for significant edits.

What if I’m not happy with my portrait?

No worries — we offer unlimited revisions!
Our artists are highly skilled, but we understand that sometimes photos don’t fully capture someone’s personality or look. That’s why we’re happy to adjust the artwork until it feels right.

Small adjustments = Free

Larger or complex changes may come with a small extra cost (case by case)

Please understand that requesting revisions can extend the turnaround time by 2–7 days, depending on the complexity of the edits.

⏱️ Approval Time for Canvas Orders

For canvas orders, you’ll have 24 hours to approve your final image or request changes before we print it.

If you request revisions after 48 hours, we can still help! If the canvas has already been printed/shipped, we offer a reprint with the revised artwork at 40% off.
